Stockholm: The Nordic LGBT Workplace Forum & Career Fair
The Nordic LGBT Workplace Inclusion Network is organizing the Nordic LGBT Workplace Forum & Career Fair™ to be held in Stockholm on the 2nd and 3rd of August 2012.
What?
The conference is targeting companies and organizations that want to take advantage of the strengths in having a diverse workplace. Many lesbians, gay men, bisexual and transpersons (LGBT persons) do not dare to be open about their sexual orientation or gender identity at work, this leads to worse well-being and thereby loss of productivity. By removing visible and invisible barriers, an organization can get among the preferred workplaces and thereby retain and attract the most talented employees.
When?
In Stockholm on the 2nd and 3rd of August.
